Dr. Don Kinard is a Senior Fellow for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Production Operations and has been with LM for 38 years. Don supports Digital Transformation as well as programs such as F-35. Prior to his current assignment he was lead for F-35 production rate transition and earlier the Director of F-35 Production Engineering responsible for Joint Strike Fighter Tooling, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Aircraft Systems Testing. Before joining F-35 in 2004 Dr. Kinard held various positions in both Engineering and Manufacturing during his 18 years on the F-22.
Don is the lead for the LM Corporate Strategic Technology Advisory program for Advanced Manufacturing as well as the Manufacturing Fellow’s team whose objectives are to develop and share engineering, manufacturing, and sustainment technologies throughout all of the LM business units. His technical interests include materials and structures, digital thread/twin integration, digital transformation, Industry 4.0, manufacturing technology, manufacturing system design, and production management.

Tyrone Ellis is a Technical Executive with more than 20 years of industry experience in global companies. He currently serves as Aftermarket Engineering Leader in one of the Business Units for Trane Technologies, a global climate innovator. He joined the company (Formerly Ingersoll Rand) in 2012. In this role, Ellis is responsible for developing and leading the deployment of technical solutions and operational excellence initiatives for the Aftermarket business operating system in the Americas. Before this role, Ellis held Executive positions in Corporate Engineering as well as Integrated Supply Chain and Quality in one of the Business units, winning the coveted Chairman’s Award as Global Leader of the year in 2016 for driving transformation in quality and customer performance leveraging digital applications.
Prior to his current organization, Ellis held technical leadership roles at two primary companies, Bose Corporation and Robert Bosch Automotive, both known for world-class quality, reliability, and service programs. The scope of his roles spanned across the customer value chain deploying digital solutions within various assignments in quality, operations, and engineering. Ellis won leadership and performance awards at each of these businesses for leading organizational change initiatives that yielded superior results in business performance.

Erin Chase is the Director of Operational Excellence, Digital Manufacturing Transformation, and Continuous Improvement at Johnson Controls Inc. Her strength is crossing functional boundaries and bringing diverse teams together to drive change.
Throughout her career Erin has leveraged servant leadership principles to create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within her teams. She believes that digital manufacturing is critical to long term competitiveness, and should be employed to make jobs easier, better or faster for every employee that interacts with the technology.
Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Erin spent two years with Corning, Inc, and 14 years with John Deere.

Angela holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, MS in Telecommunications Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional ™. She recently served for more than ten (10) years as a Subcontracts Program Manager at Collins Aerospace, managing complex third-party products for their large OEM customers such as Boeing and Airbus. While at Collins she was recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Supplier Management.
Since leaving Collins in late 2020, Angela has launched Thurman Co., LLC, a technical project management consulting firm in Houston, TX. Thurman Co. provides its clients with customized project management solutions. She is also a Board Member for the Texas Chapter of Women in Manufacturing.
