MX.0 Media, the organizer of the MX.0 Southeast event and the MX.0 event series helps business professionals (our Users and Event Attendees) find relevant content, improve their skills, find suppliers, build their knowledge, and stay up-to-date. MX.0 Media helps organizations (our Clients) share or syndicate business content online and at live events. MX.0 Media helps organizations (our Clients) identify and contact business professionals who may have an interest in their products, services, expertise, or content. The service is provided exclusively for Users aged 18 years or older, on the basis that Users may access content, services, events, or other opportunities in return for sharing their personal data with our Clients (the sponsors or contributors), for marketing purposes. MX.0 Southeast site: www.mx0southeast.com is operated by MX.0 Media (referred to here as “we”, “us”, or “MX.0 Media”).
Personal data we collect upon booking tickets and/or staying updated:
In order to provide MX.0 Southeast and other MX.0 Media services, we collect your personal data, including:

Your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, job title and employer.

Event and Exhibition Management
If you have agreed to participate in one of our events as a speaker, sponsor, exhibitor or attendee, personal information is used in connection with the running of the event, to handle payments or for other purposes, as is necessary for the performance of the contract entered into. We will also use personal information to maintain our databases, assess your qualities as a speaker, attendee or sponsor/exhibitor, promote events and encourage further engagement at our events, as part of the legitimate interests we have as a commercial organization. We may share your personal information with event Sponsors and Exhibitors. Event Sponsors and Exhibitors may follow up and contact you about their products and services. You can opt-out of receiving these messages at any time by clicking unsubscribe or contacting us at the contact details set out below.
In addition, Sponsors, Exhibitors and Event Partners, as well as MX.0 Media's onsite team, may take photos and videos at our events, which can feature attendees, speakers, sponsors or exhibitors. Where photos and videos are taken that feature you as an attendee, speaker, sponsor or exhibitor, those photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes. You can contact us at the contact details below if you do not wish to be included in any photographs or videos used for promotional purposes.
In addition, Sponsors, Exhibitors and Event Partners, as well as MX.0 Media's onsite team, may take photos and videos at our events, which can feature attendees, speakers, sponsors or exhibitors. We use this information for certain activities, including: Enabling you to attend our events; Facilitating the smooth running of events; Analyzing attendee interests in and interactions with the event through geo-location data (in certain cases); Marketing our events through the use of video; Providing recordings of certain event sessions to interested business contacts, and attendees and online through our website or our social media sites.
We use this information because it is necessary for performing our obligations, or exercising our rights, under our contracts with clients; It is necessary for compliance with any legal or regulatory obligations; We have a legitimate business interest to: manage and promote our business and brand; Operate our events business; Provide and improve our services; Collect relevant information for hospitality and health and safety purposes; You have consented by providing us with the information.
